How much does Servicefinder cost? Count it per job won
Sweden's Servicefinder publishes no price. Work out what a job you win costs you, and compare the portal with your own ads

Servicefinder publishes no price for companies. You pay a subscription, and Servicefinder's own page for companies says the price depends on the area you cover, your trade and how many jobs you want to reply to each month (in Swedish, read October 2026).
That price says little about what a job costs you. You use up credits every time you reply, and only some replies turn into jobs.
Count your Servicefinder cost per job won instead, with 2 numbers you already have.
Servicefinder runs on a subscription, and unused credits expire
The subscription gives you a quota of credits every month. Servicefinder's start guide calls them klipp, the Swedish word for the punches on a punch card.
The price model is in Servicefinder's general terms for suppliers (Allmänna villkor för leverantörer), the version in force from 13 January 2025 (read October 2026):
- You use the credits to open jobs and send quotes. The number of credits per job varies, and the portal shows it before you open one.
- The portal tops up the quota on the 1st of every month, and unused credits expire.
- You pay monthly in advance, unless your agreement says otherwise, and prices exclude VAT.

Is Servicefinder free? Yes to look, no for ordinary jobs
Registration is free, and the portal says you can then see which jobs are waiting for you. To reply, you need a subscription.
The exception is a direct job (direktjobb), where a customer asks your company for a quote through your profile page. You don't compete with anyone else, and the reply costs no klipp. You have to reply within 48 hours (Servicefinder's guide to direct jobs, read October 2026).
Servicefinder price for companies: get it in writing
Blogs that quote a price per request don't cite Servicefinder for it. Ask the sales rep for a written price with these 3 figures:
- The monthly price, excluding VAT, and the length of the first contract period.
- The number of credits the quota gives you each month.
- The number of credits a typical job in your trade and area costs to open.
Servicefinder cost per job won decides whether it pays
The monthly price tells you what Servicefinder costs. The cost per job won tells you whether it pays. On top of the subscription you need 2 numbers: how many requests you replied to, and how many of them became signed jobs.
- Cost per request answered: the monthly subscription divided by the number of requests you replied to.
- Cost per job won: the monthly subscription divided by the number of jobs you won.
The ratio between those 2 is your win rate. Win 1 in 5 of the jobs you reply to, and each job won costs 5 times as much as each reply.
Count a whole month, 3 if you can, and include every reply, even the ones where the customer never got back to you. Leave those out and your win rate looks better than it is.
Count only signed jobs. A roof replacement can afford a higher cost per job won than a small repair.
Servicefinder or Offerta: a monthly quota or an annual package
Both portals charge in credits: Servicefinder with a quota every month, Offerta with annual packages. That's how each one describes its model on its own pages, read October 2026:
| Servicefinder | Offerta | |
|---|---|---|
| Model | Subscription with a monthly quota of credits | Annual packages in 3 sizes, S, M and L, with a set number of credits, plus a startup fee |
| Published price | No. Depends on area, trade and how many jobs you want to reply to | No fixed price. Says most companies have a cost per job of 300 to 2,500 SEK, depending on the trade |
| Companies per request | Not stated | 6 at most |
| Contract term | Per your agreement, then automatic renewal for 12 months unless stated otherwise | Annual contract |
| Unused credits | Expire at the end of the month | Not stated on the pages we read |
Offerta writes that most companies using it regularly, the right way and with help from its success team, win "about 10%" (in Swedish, "vinner ca 10% av sitt engagemang och paket") and "have a cost per job of between 300 and 2,500 SEK depending on the trade" (our translation; Offerta, Vad kostar Offerta för företag, February 2026, read October 2026). The packages, the startup fee and the 6-company limit are on Offerta's page Hur fungerar Offerta (December 2025).
Ask Offerta's sales rep whether "uppdrag", the word behind "job" in that figure, means a request answered or a job won. If the figure is per reply, divide it by your win rate.
Reply fast on Servicefinder, or the customer picks someone else
Servicefinder's quick guide says: "Remember to reply fast, so the customer doesn't have time to choose someone else" (our translation). Its start guide says replying early improves your chances.

You can see the customer's phone number as soon as you've replied, so call them rather than wait for an email.
Servicefinder renews for 12 months unless you cancel in time
After the first period, the contract renews automatically for 12 months at a time, unless your agreement says otherwise.
With the contract in front of you, check 3 points in Servicefinder's terms for suppliers:
- The first period. It's in your agreement, and some products run month to month.
- Cancelling. You give notice at least 1 month before the period ends, under Mina sidor (My pages) and then Produkter (Products) in your account.
- The price. The portal may change the price for the next contract period and announces it at least 30 days before. A rise of no more than 5%, or no more than the consumer price index, gets no separate notice.

Servicefinder pays off until price starts deciding your jobs
A portal can be the right choice when the jobs are small and short, or when you want to fill gaps in your calendar, a use Servicefinder itself points to. It also suits you when you've just started and don't have a website or reviews yet.
It stops paying off when price starts deciding who gets the job. The same request can get replies from several companies, up to 6 on Offerta, and the customer compares the quotes side by side. Servicefinder gives no number for ordinary jobs, only that the customer gets "flera offerter att jämföra", several quotes to compare (read October 2026).
You've outgrown the portal when 3 things are true:
- A signed job is worth a lot, as with roofs, solar panels or house building.
- You lose jobs where you held your price, and your cost per job won is climbing.
- You can put at least 12,000 SEK a month into ad spend.
With your own ads, nobody else gets the homeowner's number
With ads in your own name, you reach homeowners who have seen your work before they get in touch, and nobody else gets the number. In many cases you're the only one quoting. On the accounts we run for building and renovation companies, a new lead gets a call within seconds of opting in, 7 days a week. On that call we qualify the job and book the site survey into your calendar, with the notes.
230 SEK
The figure is one company in one trade. A booking is a visit to the homeowner, and you decide on site how many of those visits become signed jobs.
71
The same company gets on average 25 qualified leads a day for its 120,000 SEK ($12k) battery offer, from homeowners who already have solar panels but no battery. You don't get that volume out of a portal, where several companies share every request.
Then count the way you did for the portal: what the campaigns cost a month, everything included, divided by the number of jobs won. If you run both, count each channel on its own, or the average hides the more expensive one. The method is in why cost per lead is the wrong number to optimize for.
You pay the ad budget to the ad platforms. Together with you, we shoot the content that shows your jobs: our photographer comes to you and directs the day. The content, the page and the calls are the steps Attract, Qualify and Book in Camera to Calendar. We run them as home improvement lead generation for builders, roofers and installers of solar panels, batteries and heat pumps.
Straight answers to common questions
Is Servicefinder free for companies?
Registration is free, but to reply to ordinary jobs you need a subscription with credits, which Servicefinder calls klipp. Direct jobs, where the customer picked your company through your profile page, cost no klipp.
How does Servicefinder work for companies?
You get notices of jobs in your trade and area and open them with credits from your monthly quota. Once you've replied, you can see the customer's email and phone number, and then the customer chooses. Servicefinder isn't a party to the contract between you and the customer.
What is a klipp on Servicefinder?
A klipp is a credit in your monthly quota, and you use it to open jobs and send quotes. The number of klipp per job varies, and the portal shows it before you open the job.
How do I cancel Servicefinder?
You cancel under Mina sidor and then Produkter in your account, at least 1 month before the end of the contract period. Otherwise the contract renews automatically for 12 months, unless your agreement says otherwise.
How many companies get the same Servicefinder request?
Servicefinder gives no number for ordinary jobs, only that several companies can reply. On a direct job, you're the only one with the request. Offerta says no more than 6 companies may reply to each request.
Servicefinder or Offerta: which should I choose?
Choose the portal where a job won costs you least in your trade. Servicefinder charges with a monthly quota of credits, Offerta with annual packages and a startup fee. Compare both with ads in your own name too, where nobody else gets the homeowner's number.
