Leadflix AB is the data controller for the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it under the GDPR.
What we collect
When you submit a form or book a call we collect your name, business name, email address and phone number. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any advertising click identifiers present in your link, such as gclid or fbclid.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, run the audit call you requested, and measure which advertising actually produces enquiries. The legal basis is legitimate interest for responding to a business enquiry, and consent where analytics or advertising cookies are involved.
Who we share it with
Your details are stored in our CRM, GoHighLevel, and measurement events are sent to Google Analytics and Google Ads. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone who is not processing it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus the retention period Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email oscar@leadflix.io and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority, at imy.se.
Cookies
We set no analytics or advertising cookies until you accept them. Essential cookies needed for the site to function are always set.
