Privacy Policy

Leadflix AB is the data controller for the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it under the GDPR.

What we collect

When you submit a form or book a call we collect your name, business name, email address and phone number. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring site, and any advertising click identifiers present in your link, such as gclid or fbclid.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, run the audit call you requested, and measure which advertising actually produces enquiries. The legal basis is legitimate interest, both for responding to a business enquiry and for measuring how the site is used; you can object to the measurement at any time under Cookie settings in the footer.

Who we share it with

When you book a call, Cal.com processes your details to create the appointment. Your details are stored in our CRM, GoHighLevel, and measurement events are sent to Google Analytics (Google Ads measurement is prepared but not switched on today). Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with the site (clicks, scrolling, anonymised session replays with typed text masked) so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone who is not processing it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement runs plus the retention period Swedish bookkeeping law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to processing. Email oscar@leadflix.io and we will respond within 30 days. You can also complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority, at imy.se.

Cookies

Essential cookies needed for the site to function, including your language choice, are always set. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity start when you arrive and can be switched off at any time under Cookie settings in the footer; switching them off stops both and reloads the page. Google Ads and Meta measurement are not active on this site today; if they are switched on, this policy is updated first. Booking a call runs through Cal.com, which processes the name, email address and time you enter in order to create the appointment; Cal.com's own privacy policy applies to that step.
